Alpha Omega Epsilon's main philanthropy is Dress For Success, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. The Sigma Chapter has hosted run for success 5Ks, professional attire fashion shows, and formal tea's in support of Dress for Success. In the past few semesters, the Sigma Chapter has also collects professional attire to donate to Dress for Success.
